From Cruiser's Forum

I have done the best job I can to capture the Nina and her crew as real people rather than as simple names on a crew list.  The effort has taken over 40 hours with a constant and exhaustive search through the Internet for more information, more photographs, more details, more news.

If you have information you wish to be included in this work, please send it to me.  I especially am looking for personal stories that tell the public what kind of super stars this crew is.  Sometimes the best stories are of people's failures, as it is our failures in life which take us to the next level.  Other times, the best stores are our successes.  All remind those challenged with the rescue process how important each person is.

It is the personal story that conveys the heart and soul of a person, not just the list of accomplishments or the list of names.  Also, if you have photos or videos, those help people visualize what the person is like, and why we need to keep up the effort to determine the fate of the Nina and bring the crew home safely.   In short, please send me information, photos, news, videos, pictures of yourself, your thoughts and anything you want others to know about the yacht and the crew.

I know where Kyle Jackson got some of his wisdom.  His sister Megan is a very wise and spiritual person.  As much pain as she is in, I found strength in talking her, rather than me giving her strength, which was my intention.  I know sending me Kyle's information was an absolute struggle and I appreciate the extra effort she made.

This tender is not from the Nina at all.  Instead, it is from a boat called the Nineta.
Press picked this photograph up and we followed suit.  Our fault for not checking facts.

Please send your information to:

immigrants2bfree@gmail.com, and BE SURE TO INSERT NINA in the subject bar.  In my work defending the rights of abused women, hungry children and immigrants, I monitor a universe of sites.  It is easy to lose a message in the thousands of emails I review each day.

In my prayers every day I ask my higher power to watch out for  David and Rosemary Dyche, David Dyche IV, Matt Wootton, Evi Nemeth, Kyle Jackson and Danielle Wright and for their families.

Thanks,

Tim Paynter
